House Rules
Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review and respect the following house rules.
⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Please respect check-in and check-out times to allow proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Before leaving:
• Switch off all lights and appliances
• Turn off the air conditioning
• Lock the apartment door using the key
• Return the key to the key box
• Kindly leave the apartment tidy
• If trash is full and collection is scheduled(schedule on the door) for that day, please take it out as instructed
🚭 Smoking
• Smoking is only permitted on the balcony
• Please use the ashtray provided (located in the living room cupboard)
👥 Guests & Noise
• No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises(fee of €150 per night per extra guests)
• No parties or events are allowed. If occurs we reverse the right to ask guests to leave immediately without refund. Additional cleaning fees and any damages caused will be charged accordingly.
• Please respect the neighbors
• Keep noise to a minimum at all times
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
🚫 Prohibited
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises
• No food in the bedrooms
• No Photography or any commercial videos
🔑 Keys & Security
• Please take care of the keys
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee
• We recommend leaving the keys in the key box provided when not in use
💡 Utilities & Care of the Apartment
• Use water and electricity responsibly
• Please do not rearrange furniture
• Take care of all furniture and appliances
• Any damage will be charged accordingly
• Always turn off the AC when leaving the apartment
🗑️ Garbage Disposal
• When full, please take out trash according to the schedule provided
• Garbage should be taken to the ground floor before 7:00 AM on collection days EXCEPT ON SUNDAY
